Refund and Return Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy stipulates that, after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and ensure it is resolved.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically within 10 business days through the original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for the bank or card issuer to process and display the refund.
